What You Can Contact Me About

What Happens After

  • I aim to respond within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your message has been received

  • If action is needed (for example, booking a session), I’ll guide you step-by-step via email or text

How Your Information Is Handled

  • Messages go directly to my secure email inbox (Google Workspace)

  • Emails are stored for up to 3 years for service records, then permanently deleted

  • Any sensitive information (such as health details) is handled securely and in line with my Privacy Policy

Please don’t share sensitive payment details (like card numbers) via email. All payments are processed securely through trusted platforms such as Stripe.
