Get in touch to schedule or reschedule personal training sessions, for questions about training programs, pricing or availability. To discuss health/fitness goals or concerns before starting a program. For privacy-related requests (e.g. accessing or deleting your data) or to address cancellations or policy clarifications (review my Cancellation Policy first).
What to Expect After Contacting Me:
I aim to reply to all inquiries within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email/text message acknowledgment once your message is received. If your inquiry requires action (e.g. booking a session), I’ll guide you through the process via email.
How Your Submission Is Stored:
All messages are sent directly to my secure email inbox (hosted by Google Workspace). I retain emails for 3 years to maintain service records, after which they are permanently deleted. Sensitive information such as health data is encrypted and handled in line with my Privacy Policy.
Note: Avoid sharing sensitive personal details (e.g., credit card numbers) via email. Payment processing occurs through secure platforms like Stripe.
